Llandudno 10 mile race

milemonster This was an exciting race mostly against Nathaniel Lane who has done some better times than me 2:24 marathon (2008) however I feel as though I should have gone faster. 54:14 got me third overall in the race and 2nd Welsh champion. Last year this would have got me fourth position overall. It seemed to me that there were not many people from South Wales and not much of the Elite from North Wales either so I had an easy victory. I went a little bit wrong which added about 20 seconds on to my time so I would have been closer to the leaders. Can't wait for next year to try and better my time.
