Go-KL I remember the pre-race build up clearly - the Rugby World Cup was on and every one was listening to it in their cars. The race itself was a tale of holding it all together, I had a sore right ankle and the left piraformis tightened on the big hill at 9 miles. I ran well and was more restrained than I was at Nottingham, once I knew I was in 20th and couldn't lose or gain any more places I eased up, aware that a super fast time wasn't on.
