Big Gaz set of steady the bunch and then picked up the pace once onto the road. Got stitch on the first descent but got rid of it on the climb. Felt heavy in the legs still so couldnt push to hard but kept it steady and kept my position in the field with a tussel with a few runners and finished strongley'

Honley Lion Did this one last year in just under 56 minutes, expecting to knock at least a few minutes off this time. Update - Well at least I did knock off a few minutes but I always try to predict race times conservatively and I'm well over that this time. Not at my best today.

Non-runner This was all hills - even the downs were hard - but loved it, ran them all and paced myself quite well I thought, felt pretty strong at the end.
