DJ Bangey Pleased to get a new PB but almost got under the hour mark and probably would of apart from the wind on the back part of the course where I found it quite hard going. Really nice rolling course but pretty much mostly flat, and the rain managed to stay away.

CottamRunner Had dong well with PBs at 5k and 10k over the past few weeks - so hoped to sneak one for 10 miles at Guy's. Race splits were .... 4.10 / 4.11 / 4.12 / 4.13 / 4.25 (5k 21.11) 4.27 / 4.27 / 4.18/ 4.27 / 4.28 (6-10k 22.07 = 43.18) 4.43 (1.1k) / 4.32 / 4.29 / 4.31 / 4.36 / 4.09 = 1:10.24 Really pleased with over 4 mins off my PB - had some pace left at the finish so probably about right (despite quick start). Next target sub 1hr 10! :-) Met quite a few Fetchies - think there was XB, PLlumby + Tracey, Angelplodder, Steady Edina and also Ha!Ha! Hope they all did well.

Ha! Ha! well away from my area for old ha!ha!so not sure about the course..runnin awesome in training and very much expext to run a seasons best..in fact if i dont i will eat my hat..*UPDATE*did indeed run my fastest race of the year by 2mins 30 but alittle disappointed i wasnt quicker after an uber fast 10 mile training run the other day..onward and upwards..
