Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

TallPaul This WILL be my first 10k - aiming for 1:10 and will be very pleased if I do it in this time or less. UPDATE - did it in 1:08 though this is an estiamte due to a forgetting to press the stop button on the watch incident.

teddy-o A PB, but I was being over-optimistic with my predicted time - I found out the had reversed the course so it was largly uphill this time. Oh well! A good race, and happy about the PB.

forbesy took race easy to start with as still recovering from ankle injury, was determined not to be beaten by the camel after my wife was last year, passed him at about 4k and was stunned as he came back past at 7k and went away from me, still the last 2k was downhill and I went back past him and it stayed that way. Happy with time and felt good at end

Hebby Good race. Hills not as bad as I feared, although the start was too congested and lost me more than a minute of time. Great pb :)

Ali R Managed to come in under 1:10 which I was pleased about, but found the hills very hard work. Half way round I seriously questioned my sanity in entering and swore never again. Funny the way the mind works, I can't remember at all why I thought that and am looking forward to the next event.

Trogre 1st km was very congested, and still bad until about 4km. Could knock another couple of minutes off PB on a better course.

Heavyweight Was a nice run through pleasant countryside with a few gentle ups & downs. Was very crowded at the start which made for a bit of a slow beginning. The finish was a bit odd as well the finishing line just a few metres round a corner took me a bit by surprise - was very welcome though!!!
