Jogging Jon Watch time. That was harder than it should have been, but then it has been a hard few weeks, once again I went out too fast and paid the price later. Still the time was not much slower than I did last year and I then went and a PB at Draycote Water, so you never know. But - I am doing the ultra at Draycote this year so it will be a PB whatever.

Foxy possibly my least favourite road marathon, not the best of organisation, rather hilly & there are safet issues with traffic, but as the only UK road marathon in january it's better than not having a marathon, would like to think there will be distance markers more frequently than every 10 kms.

same probs with race markers & sadly a fatality :( was better than last year but still work to do, good start venue, showers :) tea & coffee - got to meet some new Fetchies & 2 new TITs, had a good chat with Steve about Brathay - all the usual suspects were there ! very pleased to get a sub 4 as second part of a double, felt much better than expected.
