JonCPRC This was my final training race before taking part in the 2010 Virgin London Marathon on 25th April. I ran the course with my fellow CPRC buddy Goonerpib at my 'marathon pace' as preparation for the big one. Goonerpib timed it perfectly as we came well within our sub 60min predictions and he achieved a new 10K PB ! :-) Princessdave and Colortelly also coming home first and second for the club at 48:05 (new PB!) & 51:30 respectively, making it a great race for CPRC - Happy days!
