CrazyLegs Really enjoyed this although I am finding it difficult to up my pace now cos I have been used to plodding along for marathon training. Groin really started to play up again at the 5km mark!!

sLickster A PB by over 2 minutes, BUT very, very, very disappointed with the time. Definitely not on top form today. Good course (although KM markers were all early, but total distance spot on, which meant their claimed last KM was actually over 1.1KM...).
