Slider45 More upbeat than downbeat. Was aiming for 2:45 to pull a London qualifying time and was on target at 10m and half but started to drop off and unfortunately lost a good 4 minutes in the final 10k. Wouldn't say I hit the wall but I was certainly running close to it! Nevertheless, it's a good improvement on my previous time and I've some good ideas how I can make the developments needs to get faster so it's all good.

wrexhamrob did NOT START once again iffff i decide on this in the next few days i will be aiming for a pb of 4:19, having completed FLM 09 in 4:29 and Dublin 2008 in 4:24 the sub 4:20 may still be in reach ... no that knee is not hurting :-( gutted decided 3 days before not to start, injured back
