Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Footpad Guessing at finish time. Heck that was hard work. Next time I MUST stick to my pace plan and not go off quick. I died in the last 2 miles. Strangely my splits do not really reflect this too much!

Muds Historically a club runners race that now embraces the modern running era. Great to race, great training, mental toughness, very well organised :) Shame my training wasnt consistant. TBH I had a good run, off what I have been doing. Love this race, but will miss next year :)

njosmith Really enjoyed this run, perhaps started off a bit slower than I would have liked but I was with a friend and kept to their pace rather than the 9 min mile I had planned, after 5 miles I left my friend and moved up to 8,30. After ten moved up to 8 min miles. Last five at PMP. 19th mile was a bit of strugle (uphill) but finsihed in a respectable 2h 47m 20s (watch time).

Splits 9:38, 9:30, 9:18, 9:06, 8:47, 8:20 (went a bit quick inthe move to 8.30s) , 8:29, 8:26, 8:17, 8:23, 7:56, 8:04, 7:56, 8:31 (toilet stop), 7:55, 7:28, 7:43, 7:46, 8:07 (tough mile with some uphil), 7:39
