Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

BigChiefRunningBore Paced training run. Got pace right for 1st and 3rd, went too fast in 2nd, and faded with 2 miles to go. Still fastest ever 20 training run.

Footpad Wooohoooo! A nice test of pacing... far too fast for my Marathon but great to push on in a 20. Last 2 miles were quicker than the rest... thought they were hard! Saw Chiefy and Niaomi, Run Free, Contro and met Uncle for the first time. In the last 200 meters I was overtaken and thanked for being a great pacer for the last 10 miles! Isn't it bad form to overtake your pacer in the run in? Any way I forgive her as she was gawwjuss.... odd how this can be noticed even when almost vomitting as the sprint for the line effort kicked in :-)

Muds Totally in the zone before the start. Not a happy Jogger. Even paced run, wasnt racing, I thought Woolfie was just behind me, expected him to come bouncing past or finishing together. Once I realised sub 2:10 was on went for it. Sl hampered by runners I was lapping. Even paced effort. I am not prepared to publish my drinking/refueling strategy in public. 1st Vet 50 :) Laps 32:26 32:00 32:10 33:06
