But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.

I found running late in 2008. I hated the idea of running but needed to do something to combat the middle aged spread, and general unhealthy life. I entered a half with no training at all and actually quite enjoyed the slow pain of 13.1 miles and so began my running journey. Today running is now a much happier pursuit. Shortly after finishing that first half I joined a local club and this transformed running for me. Now running is an essential part of me and my life. Long may it continue!
