FRU (KeepTheFaith) Once again a bloody TOP half... this really is up there... medals were FANTASTIC as is the Fx By Sea Half rock... bit dissapointed with my performance today but not bad I guess given how hot it was and me not up to par... wicked after sunade and a unpromtu dip in the sea for me and my kit bag! LOL (Seeblog)

Gandhi Last minute decision to do this. Entered on the day. Mary was injured so I didn't want to go all the way to Norwich to do the CR 10k on my own.Really enjoyed the run in the wind & the sun. Started off very slowly & not feeling too good. Think I still had some of last weeks marathon in my legs. Started to find it easier after about 3-4 miles.Went a bit quicker on the second lap & really enjoyed it.Fastest half since the heart attack.

JamesRD went out too fast (again). Great over the first lap and then (sub 50) then terrible over the second lap. Hills on second lap finished me off and. Note to self - have some brekkie before running a half marathon!
