Andy h well pleased a p.b by 1 min & 20+ secs, the offical results say 35.46 but i finished with a club mate whos time was 35.44 so that is my proper time there was a mix up at end, a great well organised race

EO Ran with Em took it easy as ramsey on sunday, beat last year time by 6 secs. Good run enjoyed it and bottle of beer at the finish!

Girlie Not really done a 5 mile race before. Will be running to a scientifically worked out playlist that should get me round in under 50 mins easily. ***UPDATE*** what a great race that was. nice course ( hills n inclines were a bit of a surprise!) friendly marshalls and well organised. Best of all I enjoyed the run and got a new PB in the bargain! Looks like my best race ever in terms of ranking and Wava scores:-)

Ted Oopsi! PB beyond all expectations. I am sucha liar, I wish i had bet now. No PB attempt here, just running for the pleasure. I say that now but, my 5mi PB is my lifetime best and I am not in that form this close to Edinburgh.
