Johnbury Went out far too fast - knew it but felt good until mile 6. Then really struggled in the heat. Completely ran out of energy and felt terrible for final 3 or 4 miles. Great race though - flat and well marshalled. Beautiful countryside and good pubs nearby for lunch. Would definitely do it again.
