Ribenaface (RFSQL) Ooft! Gambled big, took an hour off my 2016 time and came 4th plus the most amazing trophy for 1st MV40. Hard, hard work though. Ate as much as I could stomach, mostly gels and fruit blocks every 30-40 minutes and drank Active Root - couldn't have stomached any more sugar.
