Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
ChrisU Quite hilly 10k trail race. Expect to do about 38 minutes. POST RACE > Pleased enough to get 37:31 for 6th place. Was lying 2nd at the top of Laggan Hill but quickly got overtaken by 3 runners on the descent, then passed by 1 more lower down on the trail. Held 6th spot from about 4km to the end. Pretty warm on the run back - especially for the sections without any shade.

Debstir No bets please - this is not the race for me to get a PB! UPDATE - may have been a course PB for me though, will need to double check. Very warm which made things that wee bit more difficult. Found out later on at night Perth Road Runners got 1st female team - YAY!!

Llamadance not a PB attempt *Update* - this is a cracking race - somehow blessed with sunshine, the scenery is fantastic. The hill at the beginning is a killer. I felt pretty ropey going up the hill, about a kilometre after it I started to get into my stride, but once we got onto the flat at about 8k, quads were pretty shot. Managed to keep my pace though and just under 48 mins isn't bad I think, given the undulations and terrain. Definitely be back next year - any race which gives whisky and whisky glass at the end can't be bad ;) Nice to meet racejunkie from here as well.

Vic Mason Very difficult race. Went out too fast in the 1st kilometre and paid for it when we ascended the hill. Had to walk a few times around the course. Weather was too hot. Negative thoughts throughout the race.
