R4R How shambolic was that ? Start delayed by almost 20 minutes; too many people trying to fit into too small a space; pathetic little drink at 3.5 and 9.5 miles. Oh yes - and short, as well. Only saving grace was scenery. Great for a training run, rubbish for a road race
