marshallini I'm not the best hill runner so I think 38 min target is fair. Although I said 38 I was really thinking 37:30 so today I was not far off, but I did think I ran badly. Didn't record lap 1 but I know it was under just 12:30. went thru two laps in 24:56. lap 3 was 12:38.
