Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Roadrunner Bark My Club's Anual 10K Road-Race, down by the 'frosty river.' I set off at a easy pace In really freezing conditions, aiming to go through mile 1 in 6:10,this was new tactics for me as usually I am away like a bat out of hell!!! Feel as If I finished far too fresh and therefore my tactics still need some work on! I prefer to go off fast and give my lot... I still had my hard 5K race in my legs from friday, only 2 days prior! I didn't get a 10k PB today, though I did get a course PB by beating last year's time and I finished In 12 position overall. I also picked up the

Sunbed Athlete 1st time ive ran our clubs race & enjoyed it.Was 50 secs slower from Fridays 10k time but that was to be expected.2 x 10k races in 2 days when coming back from an injury maybe a tad much but enjoyed getting back in amongst it again...:)Frosty conditions but race route was clear apart from a small bridge.Traffic free also.Got 6th place & took team prize along with Cmontheaccies(2nd) & Rosscob.Got nice longsleeve top as prize.
The complimentry pie after was worth the entry fee alone.

Ticketyboo Nice wee race, ran ok but struggled in the 2nd half due to very heavy legs and bloated stomach as a result of over indulging all week and very little exercise.
