Comedycare Very pleased, under 40 minutes. Usually sweltering at the Brig Bash, but cool this year. Great race, as always.

Debstir Started off too fast and hung on for as long as possible (which happened to be 5 miles ;)). Saw 39:58 on Garmin at finish but it took a tantrum and had set itself (wasn't me! ;)) to multisport so gawd knows what it was playing at! Hadn't stopped it either, read 40:01 when I did stop it. Bliddy thing. If the 'official' results are under 40:43 (previous 'official' PB time for 5m - which was this race in '07), I've PBd :)

Smout PB from 33:42. Happy with time (mibbe wish I'd got on the sub 40 10k pace but nevermind) however didn't feel right. Another run where it felt like I was in the middle of a much longer race an not able to push on! *must start putting in the miles rather than just racing fitness*
