fetcheveryone Yeeeeee-usssssssss! Sub-2 at the third attempt, and nothing is particularly hurting too much! Knees ache a bit. Despite all my misgivings about Bracknell being a godforsaken place, the course was actually quite entertaining, the hills weren't all that bad, and the support from the marshalls and locals was great!

Forest Runner Took it quite easy after injuring my foot in the FLM and getting a cold during the week. Decided to pace a colleague round the course and make sure that I didn't do any worse than 1:40. Found it surprisingly easy at this slower pace and was able to speed up for the last few miles, but not quite get under 1:35 and came just outside the top 100.
