Halvedin3 Didn't do Sleaford in the end due to wife's work commitments, so entered this one late. Looking forward to it although will be hillier than Sleaford so time prediction a little slower. Just a build up race for Brighton, so a PB is unlikely. Additional: Blimey! Where did that come from?

FurryH Talking this place to help out a mate who can't run. Not trained for it so not sure of how I'll do. UPDATE not a bad run. Little quick to begin with and then backed off and took it easy. Like the fast downhill at the end. :) Pleased with the time as not been running more than 7 miles of late.
