2007 - started running 2008 - ran FLM and entered my first triathlon's - Blenheim, Halstead and London 2009- New Forest Middle Distance was the race biggie for me last year and first went olympic in MK. 2010 - VLM and Vitruvian - seems to be a bit of V theme going on this year, whatever - it's going to bring joy and pain!
2011 - Going Long - The outlaw Been away for a while but quietly getting on with various half IM and IM Austria.
