Vindicator Some diciplined running got me home exactly on time! Wanted to run at my target HM pace for next weekend with the hope that my condition at the finish would be comfortable to enable me to do carry on at the same pace for the extra 5K at St. Neots. I did fee a little more tired than I would have hoped, but I think this was due to the wind hitting at the hillier part of the course - just where you do not want it. McMillan predicts 1:35.14 from this time, so the sub 1:35 may be on if the undulations are the same and the wind/rain stays away.
