hammerite Started steady, and got slower! Felt ok until 4 miles and I was over the last of the hills. Just got a shooting pain in my shoulder and a stitch and could do nothing to pick up my pace!

CStar Last minute entry suggested by mate at work, so no prep. Hillier than expected and went off quite fast. Suffered on hill at halfwaypoint. Bad stitch at 4.25miles. Too much water too close to start. But PB'd much to my surprise. No beers last night probably helped!

RunningBob I like this course - rolling hills in the countyside just big enough to make you think then a long flat finish straight. Tough racing - pleased to finish 10th in this company.

Chaz Unofficial time. Apologies to those who bet, but very happy with this time on this course - properly maxed by the end.

#runningman 🏃 Current PB set 2 weeks ago on a VERY hilly course stands at 35.26.
Have been told this race in comparison has on 3 modrate hills so fully expect a new PB......

A great run for me this week and I am chuffed to have creamed my PB by 47 secs.
Hillier than expected but did as well as I could have done. Who knows on a flat course maybe I could even have gone a bit faster!! Really happy.

tiger-turnbull my pb is just over 36mins and I am sure that time will go and would hope to break 35mins
it was a good run although my breathing could only be likened to an asthmatic couple having sex - just feel a bit flat afterwards but happy with the time

Runningheva This is hillier than the course where I set my PB so don't expect miracles. Could be a bit warm too so my prediction is a sensible one. Well ! am resonably happy with my time.......but my OH Brokentoes passed me right at the finish to beat me be one second the S*D. He caught up at the top of the last hill at 4 miles I spotted him and put in a burst thought I'd got away, but at the last second he came from nowhere!!

Jo-bee I nearly didn't do this race, had stomach pains really bad about half an hour before the race and it wouldn't go away. I actually got back in my car and took my race number off but just couldn't quit. Glad I didn't as although the stomach pain was still there and then I got a stitch it was a good route and I didn't do too bad in the end. Garmin time 40.19 Garmin distance 5.02 miles.
