Notes & Comments

A hillier race than I was lead to believe this was the Banbury 5....race 6 of the East Midlands Grand Prix Series.
Absoloutely chuffed with the time, a new PB by quite a way. But on a flatter course maybe sub 33 mins would not be out of the question. In the 6 races in this series so far I have set 4 PB's so I cant exactly complain.
Felt great and was still running strong at the end. Just 2 races of the series to go...next weeks race is race 7 of 8 another 5 miler....The Harborough 5. Another PB ? Maybe but after todays run I wont be feeling under any pressure.
