Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

MM- I often ride it in the and around 3WKG with 3.5 WKG max. If I ride 3.5 it becomes a sub 4 ride and that is suddenly a different effort. So I have 3 in the 40s nothing in the 50s and the rest between 65 and 85 (I'm 73 or so KGs)

You must be a cat A racer

16 or ascents now and wheels on the last 3 having waited 14 climbs

Thanks for those links. Very interesting stuff, and supports what I’ve thought about maintaining w/kg when you’re a fat knacker like me.

How about taking an aero bike up (or switching to one on top) and pushing for some downhill segments Angus? Should pick up your 100kph badge too if you don't have it yet :)

Switching at the top sounds like a plan. I’ll get my domestique to take one up on the Team Car :)

Gobi: I'm on the cusp of A & B, or was when I last did a race. Not done much lately as the motivation to pin on a virtual number wasn't there. It may return this winter though, as my local cx series has been cancelled.

Ooh, can you switch bikes mid-ride? Didn't know that - do you just bring up the menu and make changes in the "garage" etc?
