If I ride 3.5 it becomes a sub 4 ride and that is suddenly a different effort. So I have 3 in the 40s nothing in the 50s and the rest between 65 and 85 (I'm 73 or so KGs) You must be a cat A racer 16 or ascents now and wheels on the last 3 having waited 14 climbs
