I have to have them
bit like a watch
I hate not knowing the time so have to have a clock in almost every room and wear a watch. I used to wear a watch at night too

had to collect the old "ladies daily sweets" from the chemist last night and as I have an annual "collect from chemist" prescription they wanted to take my weight and BP
BP 117.77 (HR 57 according to the gadget which means my RHR of 52 may not be accurate!)
the trauma of getting on the scales sent me home to jump on mine to see how they compared.
well looks like there is downward movement but you can't compare evening weight + TOTM to morning nekid weight so I can't say how much but it's in the right direction

cheers hopefully it will be enough to make me happy and continue staying focused and little enough to stay off if you know what i mean!

currently I am battling a very stressy week (3 person team that's only had 2 people for months and the boss is on holiday for 2 wks at the busiest time of the month!) and fighting the "fed up will eat" urge
so far I have been winning! Which is amazing considering i also have the ladies "TOTM must eat" urge too!

been working hard both at training and my eating habits. Spent several moments talking myself out of buying crap this week!
Looks like 3lb off in the last couple of weeks, hopefully more to come off as the brum half will be easier with less to carry round as I haven't done the training!!
