You're right, Al. But I wish my best was better!

Well done, Biker!

I did 1.47 last time I did the Windsor Half. It was a huge PB.

Then I knocked over 5 minutes off it two weeks later at Kenilworth, which is hillier :)

I knocked almost 40 minutes off my long fell race on Saturday, compared to last year, but I dount that is all due to reduced weight! However, I do weigh 5 kilo's less than I did last year...

I think every one of my PBs is due to better training and a good run on race-day, rather than weight :)

I think that is what I want to put my improvement down to too, and the X-talons, off course ;-)

On the subject of scales, we've got three sets, old fashioned ones, digital and digital plus bmi and they all disagree with each other. Yesterday after my long run I was either 10 stone 2 :-) , 10 stone 6 :-/ or 10 stone 7.5 :-(

stoopid things.

I'd settle for the old fasioned one DrBob :-) and stick to it, so you get your relative weight to that scale :-)
