Well done, Biker!
I did 1.47 last time I did the Windsor Half. It was a huge PB.
Then I knocked over 5 minutes off it two weeks later at Kenilworth, which is hillier

I knocked almost 40 minutes off my long fell race on Saturday, compared to last year, but I dount that is all due to reduced weight! However, I do weigh 5 kilo's less than I did last year...

I think every one of my PBs is due to better training and a good run on race-day, rather than weight

On the subject of scales, we've got three sets, old fashioned ones, digital and digital plus bmi and they all disagree with each other. Yesterday after my long run I was either 10 stone 2 , 10 stone 6 :-/ or 10 stone 7.5
stoopid things.

I'd settle for the old fasioned one DrBob and stick to it, so you get your relative weight to that scale
