Did yoga for lower back pain to see if it was suitable for Nightjar. It's very gentle. Followed by the short bedtime routine.

Adriene needs a '5 minute lying down yoga for when you're too tired to sit up'. I made my own version but hers would have been better

I should be doing the tired legs yoga but instead I think I will do an early night maybe with some mindful meditation. As much as I benefited from the revolution daily practice I don't want to beat myself up about missing a day if it doesn't feel like the right thing to do. I like to think Adriene would be cool with that.

Day 21-Strength. Loved it and had to think of 3 things I love about myself. Quite tricky. I'm getting better at the strength stuff but not much better at thinking about 3 things I love.
"I quite like my eyelashes..." usually comes up.
