Fierce and Fearless Fleecy
Yoga for when you hurt like buggery. She doesn't have that one, so I made do with the Sore one. More balance and quad stretching than my body wanted but I suppose I feel a little bit better for it. How do my obliques hurt that much from running, eh?

Have been very rubbish over the last few days and haven't done my yoga, but managed to do day 9 last night and felt so much better!
Love the idea that there is a 'sore' yoga Fleecy - hope the muscles feel better soon

It's a new moon tomorrow night and our yoga teacher always says that we're more tired just before a new moon.

Felt terrible yesterday so took a day off to go to sleep early. Did Sun salutations today, then will do glute strengthening exercises shortly.

20 minutes of yin. Hips and hammies are tight from lots of recent travel and it felt very nice.

Special lady yoga this evening. I'm not sure if it was the yoga or the ibuprofen but I feel much better now. Very relaxing too.

Special lady yoga sounds vaguely dirty... I fell asleep before I could do any last night, but the streak will continue
