Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

There's a pose called "puppy dog" which is similar to child's pose but bum in the air, like a playful dog. I imagine that this could be taken as an invitation to play.

Maybe you need to spend time on the floor just sitting/lying doing nothing. Reward him for being calm. If he's used to you being on the floor to play then that's what he'll expect.

At the risk of turning this into a dogtember thread...tried 7 minute bedtime yoga. Our dog couldn't care less, but we're dog sitting my parents' dog who first straddled my face (nice view) then thought I'd like to be licked. I didn't like, for the record.

I decided against committing to yoga every day this time - (will probably be back for a third January though) but I did do 45 minutes this affie. I guessed Adriene would have a session for lower back pain.

There are at least a couple so I did them both and think they helped. I was already doing the exercises/stretches but it was still a good idea to use a sequence with some structure.

I've missed 2 days this week. My sisters epic 'phone call earlier in the week meant it was too late. Yesterday I was at the Osteo and she advised against climbing after the session. I forgot to ask about yoga and I fell asleep on the sofa anyway.

Travel yoga: morning sequence for a change this morning. A bit longer at 10:44 but shot by a lake with a seal! Beautiful.

Post-run done. My feet are surprisingly the tightest bit of me.
