Photo dump to show you all the current rascals vests. Same thing but with a Fetch mention and a Swittle statement? ❤️

FRU (KeepTheFaith) The tee-shirt that Linds is kindly passing on to me (extra donation to the bench fund) is the 'standing on the shoulders of Fetchies' anniversary one, which seems quite appropriate here (I still have the car sticker on my car!). I guess, at the end of the day, we can wear what we want 🙂🏃‍♀️x

That’s a lovely thought isn’t it actually and yes we can wear whatever we each want. Praps we can do a patch that can sew onto any shirt. That would be better wouldn’t it

It’s going to be so amazing having a Yorky Gang again this year. Really looking forwards to it

How’s everyone going?

I’ve had a tired week… mix of busy weekend and brainfoggy work.

I’ve finally broke into a run above 4 miles mid week this week and now need to concentrate on my plan for regaining good strong run mentality and getting more miles in regularly

This weekend is a curve ball on training plans so I’m going to go with it and do a tiddler today and long run tomorrow morning

Long run aim through April is 6/7 off road miles. I’ve a few good options here my faves are loops. So once your out your committed no cutting short

Hope your all doing ok
Be good to hear what your all upto training wise

So that’s the first good long run in a while today. Thankfully! 7 in the bag and all off road. We’ve some great routes out here todays was a good challenge and finally the lead path out of our village is dried after being a mud alley all winter whooop!!!

How are you all?

I'm up to 4 miles 3 times a week. Ever so slow but pain free.

About This Thread

Maintained by FRU (KeepTheFaith)
I’m glad to know we have some of the previous runners back for this event this yet and of course mine and Northerns annual pilgrimage and meet with those of you who are coming along. Be great to see all of you. New and old faces.

There will be a very special reason to attend this year and do a start mile and end mile with Swittle in mind

Derby Tup, Northern and I plus XB and Kev Scone all want to do a something for Swittle

Last year we invented the “Rascals” named after Howarth fat rascals and also used by Swittle with his “around the rugged moors the ragged rascals ran”
