Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'm going tomorrow. My approach is one of low level maintenance at the moment.

Low level is good XB. I’m working on slowly slowly and build as I go

Hope you’ve had good outings today

I had a very windy trail run along the marshes walls and back for a splosh in the “amenity” pool here at Tollesbury. I said to his nibs today Tollesbury is a bit like the moors on water 😂. Beautiful landscape.

First niggle-free run for ages. There's no speed but I'm playing to arrive on the start line in good shape.
80 miles in a week is good going.

Here’s to niggle free’s XB

I tend to go up and down and down and up. I think taking a Swittle view on it is best. Today I had a trundle section and that worked out grand for me!

8 miles done (tarmac 😱) (flat 😱😱), but it's a start!

Guessing we're going to be running in Fetch tops, so being a true tight Yorkie I'm going to try and cadge a top on the Fetch kit thread (only got the Avoid Everyone vest, as usually race in my club kit and avoiding everyone doesn't seem right here 😉😂😂). How's everyone else getting on?

Nice work!

I’ve had an enforced low mile weekend as my dearest friend Bruce is home from Aus so I’m awol in fancy London Town

My plan next week is to repeat the 7 mile off road loop near me and work like you up through 8 and then be ace to get into double figures through May and June

Plot is to slowly build.

Last year me and Northern invented the “rascals” team. So we have vests but I was thinking of designing something that has also a fetch and Swittle reference

Rascals is after the fat rascal cakes.. that I always end up buying at Yorky from that lovely bakery on the main hill

Good work SD ❤️🙌

About This Thread

I’m glad to know we have some of the previous runners back for this event this yet and of course mine and Northerns annual pilgrimage and meet with those of you who are coming along. Be great to see all of you. New and old faces.

There will be a very special reason to attend this year and do a start mile and end mile with Swittle in mind

Derby Tup, Northern and I plus XB and Kev Scone all want to do a something for Swittle

Last year we invented the “Rascals” named after Howarth fat rascals and also used by Swittle with his “around the rugged moors the ragged rascals ran”
