Poppy is at it again, stolen the big chunk of strong blue cheese I'd got ready to make into sauce for my tea...
Half the articles on the Internet say its fine, the other half say its highly toxic.
She is currently crashing round the house with her squeakiest ball. Iron constitution that hound.

Love the pics, and glad Poppy and the cheese didn't end badly.

OK, tell me this. When I am out, the OH reports the dog has spent her time quietly stretched out on the sofa. I came home, he's gone to bed. Ever since, she has been acting the maggot. She is currently doing sprint zoomies up and down the living room. There's balls, toys, cushions, the rug, her bed all flying all over. 35 mins she has been doing this.
It's hilarious, but why only "for me"?
My theory is that she feels safe with me and messes about, either that or I am the fun human.
She has been as good as gold at work with me all day, either asleep in her crate or on the chair in the office.

She's now finished that and staring at me with her "I require assistance, hooman." face on.
Probably wants to go back outside to finish chewing up the branches from earlier in the Zoomie episode.

All our dogs when young had 'evening zoomies' These days, at the age of 12, she has her playtime in the late afternoon
