Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Wanda showed her displeasure at the fact that we were out on Saturday evening for a little longer than we would normally leave her (by about half an hour) by finishing off the end of a packet of Special K. She has never previously shown any interest in breakfast cereal...... Fortunately no harm seems to have been done.

Bella has cereal every evening when we're home (plain cornflakes and goat's milk), so I don't think it will do Wanda any harm.

I discovered yesterday that the reason Albie has been barking at the back fence is not just that there’s a cat who swans around in the garden, but also 2 free range bunnies 😮

And tonight Albie saw them from the upstairs window - cue even more barking. Bloomin sighthounds and their super good sight! *sigh*

Wanda would not rest if she knew there was a cat AND rabbits on the other side of a fence!

Nor would George. I suspect he would be digging under or through the fence!

We treat Jet with Advocate on his coat once a month - from the vet.
With stings we’ve been told that an over the counter piriton is as good as any anti-histamine that a vet will give, plus cheaper.
Jet also has one piriton when he gets the itchy/sneezes a couple of times a year (harvest usually and no, it’s not harvest mite). He’s 10.5kg and the vet said we could buy otc as well / instead of a prescription if we prefe.

Suspect she has an eye infection again. I hope it's not going to go on long term, but maybe they will always be vulnerable.
