Flossie is a bit better this morning but we're sticking to plain boiled rice for the time being. But a definite improvement so no vet yet.

Good news on Flossie - have you tried YuDigest LD? There is a daily supplement version of it which we tend to give Wanda for a few days when she has clearly eaten something a bit nasty/too rich just to settle her back down again and a stronger version which I think is called YuDigest Plus which is similar to what the vets generally tend to prescribe anyway when presented with such cases - it basically helps to restore the correct balance of gut bacteria. We tend to keep a box of those sachets in the house too although haven't had to use them in a long time (Wanda's stomach issues have improved considerably now she is muzzled on walks!!!) It's made by the same people who make the joint supplement YuMove which I am a big fan of as I've said here before.
