Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

If he was a stray as I seem to remember Maz then he will probably only just have been given that name so wont really recognise it so you can call him whatever suits him and you IMHO

I'm excited for you Maz!

If he's used to hearing people speak Spanish then he's got a whole new language to earn, so maybe changing his name won't be such a big deal!

That's a valid point, Alice. Are you still in NY?

I don't know if she was called after the River Wandle, which does flow through Battersea, but I think it was her original owners that gave her that name rather than the Battersea staff...

My L key isn't working well :-( Even though I'm double checking everything before I post, the odd missing L gets through.

Back in Wiltshire now Sharkie after our whistlestop trip. I'd not been that bothered about going, but it ended up being one of the best holidays I've ever been on :-) Probably won't go again though, I feel I've done it now and I'm not really a city girl.

I was going to add @ Maz:

When I took Charlie to puppy training there was a chap there who had adopted a Romanian dog. He used the Romanian words for lie, sit, down etc so an option could be for you to learn Spanish! (assuming you don't speak it already)

I'm just catching up on that dog programme on iPlayer. I thought it looked fun!

*claim to fame* The trainer lady, Cushla, is Charlie's trainer from puppy class :-) She's the national canicross champion and is super fit as well as being very enthusiastic for her sport.
