I'd rather jog. I do quite a bit of walking about for errands but never log them; that would feel a bit too much like 'life-blogging'.

Perhaps that's where we're different, I have a walk every day, not errands (I may do that at the same time), but a deliberate 2-3 mile walk, which is pretty useful for WSWs purposes.

Anyone having trouble logging runs? Mine came up on strava but on fetch it gives the summary but no map, splits or (and i'm sure this will amuse WS) update on squares gone through.

Thanks JB, I had a fantastic day in London. It might have been closer had I not exercised self restraint but you logged some decent miles so maybe the outcome would have been the same.

Chrisity, my opponent CA had the same issue, hopefully it’s something that can be fixed and scores updated.

I log longer walks with the dogs, but if it's just a quick nip around the block then I don't bother. Things like last nights ~3 mile wander is fair I think, cross-training and all that. Though there is no such things as a quick walk for an errand here, the nearest shop is about 5 miles away...

I never logged walks before this game! I don't log them all but things like walking into town (which is about three miles) seems reasonable.

Popping to the shop which is 0.3 miles away seems a bit daft.

Glad to hear London went well Macca - I look forward to any future re-match!

I do a lot of running/walking with my dog - anything more than 10mm (usually where there is quite a bit of stop/starting) I now log as walks, even though some of the activity would have been around 8mm pace (or quicker) - I don't want to upset anyone who takes this game seriously. Also I don't log any "short" walks with my dog - I don't take this game that seriously (I am sure 1 opponent I had was logging walks of 0.1 and 0.2 miles!!)

I’m still working back into this after moving house and not sure I have my grid set optimally. Certainly not used to the square borders. So could be a good match Oranj. 🙂
