From Friday through 'til Monday midday, you can choose to either opt in or opt out of the coming week. Those who opt in will be drawn against other opt-inners, those who opt out will not be drawn at all, and those who have neither opted in nor opted out will still be put up against an opponent, but with less guarantee of a satisfactory match. Thoughts?
