Away for 4 days and my opponent surged ahead by 33 squares. A nice 8 miler this morning (whick also nabbed most of my bugs) has hauled me back to only 1 behind

Westmoors - Thats more or less all the bike reachable parts i can get too, i can scrape out up to 130-140 wiggling around some housing estates but not many more. Not that there is an awful lot extra i cna get on foot, just a few across field tracks.

When I’m away on holibobs I opt for repellent first and then sunscreen. For Saturday I’ve opted for ‘mosquito bands’ ... repellent in a bracelet thingy. Have tried them out in my training runs and they seem to work. I wear one on my Garmin free wrist and one on an ankle.
