I'll be taking a break for a few weeks now as I've a big run on Saturday & a big Tri a fortnight later so don't need the distraction or temptation as it's very liable to lead to (even more) overtraining in my case. Did anyone spot what the cut-off was to make the Last 16 btw? Seemed pretty high but then it was my 1st Multi so never paid quite as much notice before.
