Lol. I don’t think I said I wasn’t trying. More that without walking I don’t quite muster enough points.

Mrs axe this morning has asked me to resume running with her so that will increase my points hit closer to home I assume it wouldn’t be acceptable to log those as walks though Even though they are run/walks. I don’t think I am in danger of owning any of those squares though.

I don’t have a favourite and will eat whatever is available. That’s kind of why I took up running in the first place. Prefer if they are not too chocolatey but would still eat it if available :-o

If I was marched to a NT property and forced to choose one cake (as opposed to scones and cream) I'd go for coffee and walnut - then carrot - then chocolate.

Lemon drizzle every time; then a toss up between coffee and walnut or carrot. A Victoria sponge rarely disappoints. Despite being a chocoholic, I'd not go for chocolate cake - it's just not the same as a bar of dairy milk.

Another fabulous sunrise run this morning, I’m really enjoying the morning runs and workouts and is also allowing me the chance to walk occasionally on an evening with hubby and dog.

This one also brought me to the end of my LEJOG challenge. I was in the early sets which only gave me 6 months (later ones gave 12m) I did it with combination of mostly running and some walking.

Also sorry Alice I’m back running and walking in grid last few weeks I’ve largely been out of grid.

I took an early lead but due to 2 days away in Peppa Pig world, which is about 160 miles off grid, I've fallen behind and can only get out for a little walk today. I may just be destined to never get past 1036 points!

Colin The Caterpillar. It used to be a Dougal cake but the local bakers don’t make it any more 😂

Excellent psychological warfare, getting us to think about cake when we should be plotting routes 🤣
