CakeBoy, I only log walking if it was a purposeful walk at a reasonable pace (and I'd bothered to put my Garmin on). I used to log dog walks, but sadly don't have a dog anymore.

I log walking even on weeks that I am not playing - all helps towards those badges :)

I started logging walks when I was injured for months and couldn't run and got in the habit. I do it even more now I have a vivoactive that I use as a regular watch that I don't have to seek out specifically.

My patterns change a lot summer and winter: no biking in winter but a lot more walking (including lots of short walks than in winter I would take the bike for); and lots of paths closed by snow.

I like to wear my 'pretty feminine watch' so only put my Garmin on when I am exercising. I don't care about tracking my HR, steps and sleep 24/7.

How can I find the Lat & Lng of my current home location? I'm thinking of moving my grid but later on i want to move it back to exactly where it is now.

Same question for me - it's a great position currently and would just like to be able to save that as a point.

@Sparkee - here's one way:

- go to your current match view.
- right click -> view page source
- search for something like:

osm_wsw.minlat=1.23456;

osm_wsw.minlng=-4.5689;

osm_wsw.maxlat=9.7654;

osm_wsw.maxlng=0.12345;

That's the (min,max) (lat,lng) of your current grid - your home position will be the midpoint.

I set my home square and it then told me I couldn't move the grid for 7 days, which was fine as I didn't need to.

The alternative is to zoom right in to your home square and take a photo so when you want to move it back again, you can see where to click :)

AndyS, perfect. That's what I needed.

GM - for some reason when setting your home point you can't zoom in as far as you can when viewing your current 1v1 match.
