Sigh
@Fetch, can it show our current home point when we go to move it please? I'd like to save my current one before I mess with it. Having not moved it since week 1 of the game, I can't remember exactly where I set it!

Fizz :-)
A mid-week grid move is cheating ;-)

(Mine was purely for experimental purposes :-) )

I regard the chaos and guesswork of grid moves as being part of the fun of the game.

Vrap, remember the good old days when you had to plonk it without seeing the grid overlap and hope for the best?

Sigh, how did you get your current position? I want to save it, but where I click might be slightly different and count as a grid move.

Sigh
@CW, I remembered that on the game page it says: "Your home point is in the centre of H8" - so I opened that in a separate tab and zoomed right in - it helped that the square has already been visited this week and the number is displayed in the middle - and then used that to locate the same point to save it again; then I gave it a name.

good call. Does WSW think you updated your position or was it close enough to think you havent moved?

It was close enough to think I hadn't moved. Once you click for your 'new' position, it then shows the grid overlayed on the map, and I was able to compare the current grid (in the separate tab) with the proposed new one. I'd zoomed right in on both, and even counted buildings in the street to work out where the middle of the existing H8 was on the 'new' map.
