ITG š®šø
First blood against Macca with some convoluted commuting, notwithstanding 2 (count'em) ninja corners.
Surely he needs to put his wee feet up after Saturday's 100miler š®š®

i agree ITG Minimag do you run a bit, then walk a bit and then bike it all? your training looks "interesting"

Hi Docm, I live in a rural area with lots of roads which only go 1 way (about 5 in a row) and don't join others. I run up them and walk down them, saves about 3k of walking them (up and down) and then running them each day

Adding walking and cycling definitely helps in this game, but isnt essential apart from against some opponent like Minimag who use the different disciplines to their advantage.
I hadnt realised my defeat would knock me 12 points back

Iām overwhelmed by the concern shown by my fellow WSW participants š
Funny you should mention first blood ITG, I popped a couple of under-big-toenail blisters and am ready to go. TMI ?

If it will help, I will walk, run and cycle and not break down the disciplines en route, but I was just using strategy that seemed sensible, it will add to my mileage, but can be done

Hi Wallman, I'd save your mojo for next week you don't want to get back to the top too soon.
