Hi AndyS. Yes it will be a much quieter week after my race. I’ve also got my grid somewhat out of position so will be trying some new footpaths.
I won’t make it too easy for you though...

Hey SpottyDog - looking forward to the game.
Minimag - I was surprised that I managed to draw level, but your efforts on Sunday were very well placed to take away any option I had. I had hoped to make you sacrifice a monday morning effort, but you made that impossible. You need to run, walk and bike in this game is my learn

"You need to run, walk and bike in this game"
Sorry - not true.
I offer, in support of this assertion, my current fifth place in the overall rankings achieved without owning a (functioning) bicycle and having undertaken very little walking in addition to my running. I do accept that the fact that I have run in grid pretty much every day over several months is a significant contributory factor in that 'success'.
It's also true that I have never progressed beyond the quarter finals in the multiplayer (twice made it that far).

Yep. I agree CA. I’m a spot below you and have done very little cycling or walking in the last 6 months. A fair bit of my nominal walking is out of grid anyway and the cycling was with my kids on an annoying out and back route they like to do.
Multiplayer is very different however. It has gone a bit crazy and I suspect being competitive in both is now pretty challenging... Unlikely to hold squares with just running

Turns out the first run of the week will be off grid due to the girls dance class starting back up. First class since March lockdown, I didn't factor that in when I moved my grid!

Forgot to switch off Garmin when got in car. Have trimmed data in training log, but wsw is still showing the squares that I erroneously claimed.

I had an opposite problem Marts, stopped while waiting for traffic crossing the road, Garmin triggered an incident. I didnt notice, carried on running (ignoring the buzzing happening on my arm), about 2km later when checking my pace I noticed it had stopped recording my run and was trying to notify my contacts of an incident. I have now turned off incident detection.
