I rather like the heat but I tend to run early or late anyway. I’ve played a few routes for this week so fingers crossed.

As a result of having to bike rather than run because the knee injury, I am getting the classic roadie arms, tanned arms and legs, with sock lines and jersey lines with a lily white body underneath. The sacrifices that are being made.

57.5 Degrees of Pain
After catching up on 500+ messages, well done to the huge number of Gridmasters!
I look forward to seeing green triangles. Whoever posted the picture of a handwritten grid, I'd swear they'd copied mine!
76.43km in 4 runs for Gridmaster, so 47.5 miles. The week also included a transatlantic flight, a 5 mile race (out of grid) and a great deal of alcohol over the Thanksgiving weekend with my brother, sister-in-law and loads of my wife's relatives (I only see them all every couple of years).
