Well random or what. Went for a walk (& I record walks as I’m tracking training hours) my foot was sore felt very tight and uncomfortable across the top of the foot.
Home and despite planning to ice it, ive been busy making brownies & pizzas for tea with my brother & sister in law. Sat down and thought my foot hasn’t hurt I can move it in all directions and it’s properly ok! Fingers crossed it’s been one of those odd moments.

Ooh it's hotting up in my 1v1! Came back from my run to find SooWoo had eaten most of the cake and stormed ahead, then logged my run and recaked quite a lot and gained a few new ones... edged into the lead but only just and definitely all to play for.
Oh dear, I can see how it gets addictive once you've got an opponent with similar mileage; I did 27km today to play a bit of catch up from a slow midweek, which I would not have done without WSW!
Also I know I said it in the other thread but congrats Em on the gridmaster (mistress?)

Hoping to go out shortly and get my fourth corner, although it entails running up a hitherto unexplored bridle path and back down a busy bit of twisty road, if I don’t reappear I’m in the top right square, in a ditch somewhere
